General terms and conditions of sale

These general terms and conditions govern the use of re-fe.com (the “Site”) and the sale of Re-fè branded products for separating coffee capsules from coffee grounds by ONOFF SRL. This is an English translation: in case of discrepancy, the Italian version prevails, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers.

1. Definitions

  • Seller: ONOFF SRL, Via Vicenza 4, 31100 Treviso (TV), Italy, VAT IT05537320268, REA TV-452360, email team@re-fe.com.
  • Products: the products sold by the Seller through the Site.
  • User: anyone who accesses and uses the Site.
  • Consumer: a natural person buying for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
  • Terms: this agreement governing the relationship between the Seller and Users and the sale of Products through the Site.

2. Scope

  1. Using the Site implies acceptance of the Terms. Anyone who does not accept them may not buy through the Site.
  2. The Terms may change at any time. The version in force on the order date applies.
  3. Before buying, Users are invited to read, save or print the Terms.

3. Orders and conclusion of the contract

  1. Each Product is described on its page (features, compatibility, price). Images are illustrative and small differences from the actual product may occur, also because Products are 3D printed.
  2. Purchases are reserved to adults.
  3. The User adds Products to the cart and completes payment on the secure page of the payment provider Stripe, where they enter shipping details and choose a shipping method.
  4. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by email to the address provided, with a summary of Products, prices, delivery costs, address and a reference to these Terms.
  5. If a Product is unavailable, the Seller informs the User and offers new delivery times or a full refund.

4. Prices and payment

  1. Prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown in the cart and on the payment page before confirmation.
  2. The Seller may change prices at any time; changes do not apply to confirmed orders.
  3. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. using the methods shown on the payment page (e.g. cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The Seller never receives or stores full card details.
  4. Discount codes are entered on the payment page and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

5. Invoices

Users who need an invoice can enter their VAT number on the payment page or request it from team@re-fe.com within 24 hours of ordering, stating order number, name or company name, tax code and/or VAT number and full address.

6. Delivery

  1. Products are made on demand and shipped within 2-3 business days to the address provided, with the method and timing chosen and shown in the order confirmation. Details are on the Shipping and returns page.
  2. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Consumer when the Product is delivered to them or to a third party they designate.
  3. On delivery the User checks the packaging. If there is visible damage they can refuse delivery or accept it with reservation, reporting it promptly to team@re-fe.com.
  4. If delivery becomes impossible, the User is entitled to a refund within 14 days.

7. Right of withdrawal

  1. The Consumer may withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the Product, by notifying team@re-fe.com using the form below or any clear statement. For multiple Products delivered separately, the period starts when the last one is received.
  2. The Consumer returns the Product without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, bearing only the direct cost of return.
  3. The Seller refunds all payments received, including delivery costs, within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. The extra cost of a delivery more expensive than standard is not refunded. The refund may be withheld until the Product or proof of its dispatch is received.
  4. The Consumer is only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.
  5. Withdrawal does not apply to Products customised or made to the Consumer’s specifications.

  1. All Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), reserved to Consumers.
  2. The Seller is liable for lack of conformity appearing within 24 months of delivery. Unless proven otherwise, defects appearing within 12 months are presumed to have existed at delivery.
  3. The Consumer is entitled to have conformity restored free of charge by repair or replacement or, where provided by law, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
  4. Damage caused by improper use, accidents, failure to follow the use and care manual (e.g. washing bioplastic parts in the dishwasher or exposing them to heat) or normal wear is not covered. Small cosmetic imperfections typical of 3D printing are not defects.
  5. To use the guarantee, email team@re-fe.com with your order number and photos or videos of the defect.

9. Intellectual property

Re-fè® is a registered trademark. Trademarks, logos, texts, images and content of the Site belong to the Seller or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Nespresso® and Lavazza® / A Modo Mio® are trademarks of their respective owners, mentioned only to indicate compatibility.

10. Liability

  1. The Seller strives to keep the Site available but does not guarantee it will always be accessible and error-free.
  2. The Seller is not liable for delays or failures due to force majeure or causes beyond its control, without prejudice to the Consumer’s statutory rights.
  3. Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted to consumers by mandatory law.

The Site may link to third-party sites (e.g. Stripe, Calendly, Google Forms). The Seller does not control their content; their own terms apply to their services.

12. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy policy.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

  1. These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to more favourable mandatory provisions of the Consumer’s country of habitual residence.
  2. For disputes with Consumers, the court of the Consumer’s place of residence or domicile, if in Italy, has jurisdiction.
  3. Consumers may also turn to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies provided by law.
